50% of the full order value (including sales tax) needs to be paid by the Client when the order is placed, the remaining 50% of the full order value (including sales tax) needs to be paid when the Client received the order.

Refunds eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis (e.g., inconsistency between samples and final delivery), if a Client cancel an order prior to delivery, GWA will retain the 50% paid when the order is placed and will not deliver any products.
